At MySciHub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are eligible for a refund, please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are issued for eligible  items as per our Return Policy.
• If a digital product is proven defective or undelivered, a refund may be processed.
• Refund requests must be made within  2 days of purchase.

Refund Process:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Refunds for digital products are reviewed case by case.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Digital downloads, subscriptions, and customized products.
• Services that have already been rendered.
• Late return requests outside the stated timeframe.
